Olentangy Orange High School has selected its very own Pioneer Pit. The Pit is a group of student section leaders who show off their hard work and dedication to the school in many ways. They support sports, students, lead and make sure everyone is having a great time. The 2023-23 pit leaders this year are seniors Surraiya Mahmud, Josie Nickoloff, Spencer West and Kolton Elick. These fantastic four really show off how to have fun. New this year is the pioneer pit pride award. This special reward goes to the most spirited and cheerful person at any Orange football game. By the end of the season they will make their decision to pass on leadership through votes and winners of the pride awards.
