Many of Orange high school’s students are diving into the amazing visual arts classes that the school offers. There is an amazing visual arts club and national honors society offered to students and the clubs meet once a month. They create a space where all students are welcome and can create art while having fun with friends that have similar interests. The art teachers have a different fun activity planned for every meeting that makes it twice as engaging. But for the first time post pandemic, art club and National Art Honor Society are electing a team of students to have a bigger role in the program. “We are electing officers, we haven’t done this since pre pandemic and hopefully we will have a more student driven organization because of it,” art teacher Stephanie Forney said.
